Ensure that we continually engage with our customers to provide them with products and services which meet and exceed their expectations.
Ensure that we encourage regular consolidation and monitoring of our customers’ feedback.
Ensure that we have senior management ownership of the business via business review sessions to cover all aspects of Naqel’s business.
Ensure close monitoring of company’s performance that is related to the KPIs of our departments; to guarantee continuity, improvement and sustainability of our ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
Ensure close surveillance and performance-monitoring of the entire supply chain to improve our delivered services
Ensure Continuous training and development of our employees to motivate and recognize their contributions to Naqel Express.
Ensure compliance with all applicable customer, Statutory, Regulatory and Interested Parties requirements and expectations.
