Fuel Surcharge: Fees Schedule
Road Products & Services
• NAQEL will continue to levy fuel surcharge @ 22.5% on all Domestic products across all industrial sectors including pharma and healthcare.
• The same surcharge will be applicable for International Road Service (IRS) involving delivery of Parcels, LTL or FTL shipments within GCC Countries.
• This surcharge is subject to further adjustments based on future corrections in domestic diesel/petrol price.
• The surcharge will be applied on customer’s tariff excluding VAT.

International Air Products & Services
• Fuel Surcharge will be applied on customer tariff excluding VAT for all full-mile cross-border e-commerce and B2B shipments.
• The fuel surcharge is calculated based on monthly average spot price for kerosene / jet (US Gulf Coast) which changes every month based on market conditions. Prices are shown in US Dollar per gallon.
• The fuel surcharge is staggered in 0.5% increments and is set according to the following table. The current surcharge is always based on the monthly average price of the last week of the month before last.
• The fuel surcharge is calculated based on monthly average spot price for kerosene / jet (US Gulf Coast) which changes every month based on market conditions. Prices are shown in US Dollar per gallon.
• The fuel surcharge is staggered in 0.5% increments and is set according to the following table. The current surcharge is always based on the monthly average price of the last week of the month before last.
