NAQEL Express does customs clearance at all the international ports – airports, seaports and land ports - in Saudi Arabia and in the free zones in Dubai. It has owned facilities at all the 3 airports in Saudi Arabia.

This gives us the ability to both clear your shipments as well as deliver them to your doorsteps

When your shipment reaches Saudi Arabia, NAQEL Express helps to pass your shipment through the following stages for customs clearance :

Preparation of Customs Declaration

A customs declaration is prepared by us after ensuring all the shipping information is available

X-ray Scanning

Each inbound shipment is scanned by the x-ray. In case the content of the shipment is suspected it will be stopped by the customs, examined with a representative of NAQEL Express and then repackaged.

Low-Value & High-Value Customs Clearance

The personal shipment will be cleared according to its value. Low-value shipment, less than USD 600, will be cleared with a low-value declaration for each shipment, includes payment of VAT. High-value shipment, more than USD 600, will be cleared with a customs declaration for each shipment, includes customs duties and VAT

Shipment Delivery

After the shipment is cleared, the customs declaration will be printed and submitted to customs. The delivery of your shipment will be completed as soon as possible.
